In large bowl, combine potatoes, cheese, parsley, flour,
chives, eggs and herbs; mix well. Cover and refrigerate
at least 4 hours before molding and preparing. To
prepare; Form 48x2 inch patties. Dip in egg and then
flour. Saute each patty 3 minutes per side or until
crisp, golden brown and heated through. Keep warm to
serve. Serve with eggs, sausages, omelets or on their
own accompanied by sour cream and sauteed, sliced apples
or applesauce. |
