Put these two Favorites together to increase your fry sales.  Cook Lamb Weston Gen 7 fries as usual, drain, transfer to a large platter.  Sprinkle with diced pepperoni and shredded mozzarella cheese.  Place under heat lamp, broiler, or in oven to melt cheese.  Warm small bowl of marinara sauce and place in center of platter. Serve with grated parmesan and crushed red pepper.
