Preheat oven to
400°F. Place cold chili in skillet & cover with
prepared corn muffin mix & cheese. Bake for 30-40
minutes until top is brown & toothpick comes out clean.
(Refrigerate overnight if not using immediately &
microwave to heat through at time of service) Garnish
with green onions, sour cream, kale, Tabasco
& olive.
Serve with salsa. |
