Form thawed cookie dough in individual tart pan or large pizza pan and bake until set.  Mix ricotta with powdered sugar to taste.  Spread mixture over cookie shell and top with sliced strawberries.  For individual desserts, decorate plate by striping with chocolate syrup.  Garnish with mint sprig.
