Slice cake horizontally and spread a layer of raspberry filling on one side,
replace cake top. Cut to fit trifle glass, or cut into 1 inch strips and set in
bowl with raspberry stripe showing. Layer strawberries and bananas, placing
fruit against glass. Coat bananas in caramel. Fill with pudding or Bettercreme
mixture. Repeat. Top with cake to fill glass to rim. Border with On Top stars
or shells and spread additional raspberry or strawberries in center. |
