Fill omelets with leftover cooked
bacon and sausage, add onions and peppers. Top with
cheese and picante sauce. Serve with potatoes and
biscuits and gravy.
Country Gravy:
Cook bulk sausage in pot until brown. Add cracked or
coarse ground pepper and saute one minute. Pour in
Campbell's Bechamel Sauce and heat. Ladle over biscuits
and diced potatoes.
