Thaw sheeted pizza
dough on oiled 1/2 sheet baking pan. Cover with oiled
clear wrap to prevent drying. When thawed, stretch edges
of pizza dough to top edge of baking pan. Allow dough to
proof until double in thickness. Evenly distribute
zucchini, garlic, feta cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and
parsley over proofed dough. Pour thawed Quick Quiche Mix
over entire mixture. Bake at 325ºF
(convection) 25-30 minutes or 375ºF
(conventional) 30-35 minutes. Until sharp knife comes
out clean when pressed into center of quiche mixture.
Allow to cool at least 15 minutes before cutting to
serve.
