Bay Brokerage Company was founded by Richard and Karen Hoadley in 1977. The company was started with just one line, and grew around center-of-the-plate product manufacturers. We pride ourselves on our reputation within the distributor, operator, and manufacturer communities.

In August of 1995, we restructured our organization for the year 2000. We identified the need to provide exceptional service and results to all of our customers, you, the principal, the distributor (to include the distributor salesperson) and the operator.

In January of 2003, we became an employee owned company. All of us have a vested interest in your ongoing success. We invite you to become a member of our committed team of professionals.

Bay Brokerage Company is located in a new 9,000 square foot facility, just 12 miles from the San Francisco Airport and 30 minutes from the San Jose Airport.

Our facility features a 2,000 square foot conference room with demo kitchen and a fully operational foodservice test kitchen.

Our conference center seats up to 50 people and includes a monitor system for video, software, and on-line presentations.

All of our sales reps are equipped with lap top computers, which are down loaded to the main office daily. We utilize the Foodmark software system, specially designed for foodservice brokers, in order to monitor, track, and report on sales with real-time accuracy
