BBC CONFERENCE FACILITY Our conference facility was designed specifically for foodservice presentations, with seating for over 50 people. Our demonstration kitchen has a mirrored overhead presentation station. It is the perfect venue for product training and demonstrations. Our conference facility is also equipped with a central monitor system for video and on-line presentations.
BBC TEST KITCHEN We have designed our unique "double kitchen" with PMA, INC, foodservice equipment supplier, to enable presentations and cooking demonstrations to be going on in our conference room, while food preparations continue in the main kitchen. All equipment, including stoves, fryers, ovens and prep tables are on wheels, allowing us to reconfigure our environment to match that of our customers. Many key operators such as: Guckenheimer and Chevron, utilize our facility for their employee training and menu development projects.
